A very sad day for Rafael Nadal fans indeed because Novak Djokovic totally outclassed Rafael Nadal in Wimbledon 2011′s final. The score was 6-4, 6-1, 1-6, 6-3
The first two sets were all Novak Djokovic’s because of his excellent performance but Rafael Nadal came back very strong in third set by winning it by 1-6. At that time it seemed that Rafael Nadal will come back and clean up the next two sets too but Novak Djokovic was too good for him in fourth set and won the tournament with style.
Rafael Nadal also lost his No.1 ranking and now Novak Djokovic is the world’s No.1 tennis player. Indeed a sad evening for all the Rafael Nadal fans but we do hope that he come back strong in coming events and re-gain his No.1 position because we strongly believe that Rafa is truly the No.1
Rafael Nadal cruises to 3rd round of Wimbledom 2011 by a comfortable win against Wimbledom debutant, Ryan Sweeting of USA. It was an easy three set victory by Rafael Nadal with the scores of 6-3, 6-2, 6-4 in the match played at Center Court (under the roof). It was first match by Rafael Nadal on this court.
This victory takes Rafael Nadal’s winning streak in Wimbledon to 16 matches. Nadal is all set to play 3rd round match against Luxembourg’s Gilles Muller. It’s the same Muller who defeated Nadal in 2005.

This Sunday, 5th June 2011, was not an ordinary one for Rafael Nadal. Rafael Nadal, the king of tennis from Spain won sixth French Open title after beating Roger Federer (Switzerland) with a comfortable victory of 7-5, 7-6(3), 5-7, 6-1 at Rolland Garros equalling the record of six wins by Bjorn Borg at the French Open.
It was a nervous start for Rafael Nadal when he fell 5-2 behind in the first set but came back strong by winning five games in a row. The second set was a heart stopping one but Rafael Nadal managed to remain triumph in this one by 7-6(3). The third set was all Federer’s when he won it comfortable with the score of 5-7. However, in the fourth set, Rafal Nadal came back in his full swing and completely outclassed Roger Federer and sealed his victory with a comfortable win by 6-1.
