Biography
Parera is the world’s best tennis player and the “Master of Clay courts”. Yes ‘Rafael Nadal Parera’ is the full name of world class Spanish tennis player who came up as the best in Tennis world in no time particularly when its about playing on the Clay Courts, however his performance is never effected even if to play on grass courts or hard courts. He was being the best performer and player of all time; either it’s US Open, Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon or any other grand slam tournaments.
He was born in year 1986 at Manacor, the town of Mediterranean Island Majorca. His Father’s name was Sebastián Nadal and mother’s was Ana María Parera. Among family he is called as ‘Rafa’ (Nickname). He has a sister named María Isabel. However, the sporting heritage starts from his uncle Miguel Ángel Nadal who was former Football player for FC Barcelona.
Rafael had hidden talent for playing tennis since his childhood however this talent was picked up by one of his uncle Toni Nadal who also played Tennis professionally. It’s when Nadal was three years old Uncle Toni started to coach him and he leaded him to the peak of his game. It was when Rafael turned eight he became the under 12 regional tennis champion. By the time he was 12 he already had few European and Spanish titles for his age category which was hint for a ‘New Champion’ into tennis courts.
Later he was offered to transfer to Barcelona by Spanish Tennis Federation to continue tennis training and progress; however it was turned down by the Nadal’s family worrying that it would hurt Nadal’s studies. Rejecting the offer means lesser finance and resources for Nadal’s progress in Tennis but not to forget real Champion come out of the hard.
Rafael kept playing, kept winning and marking his name in regional Tennis and moving on for the Grand Slams and letting his name known to the world. By the time he was 17 he was already into Top 50 tennis players of the world and from there onwards it was start of Rafael Nadal’s success that leaded him at the top of the World Tennis.
